UPS installation
Our provider is installing a new UPS system for power management. Unfortunately due the power problems 10 days ago there's no backup circuit so we have to power down.
The first power down will be at 4:30am and the second at 11pm tomorrow. I will be shutting the servers down cleanly so there should be no problems coming back up.
Update: 4:30am shutdown went smoothly. One server didn't reboot, but was power cycled by on hand staff.

Power outage
We had two power outages today. Ugly stuff. Colo says the UPS went out. Machines rebooted and came up with the exception of howler. Howler had to be power cycled; I did that later in the day.
